The Brewers scored early and often, the rockies committed several errors behind starting pitcher Jason Clark. The Rockies were held at bey through eight innings. The rockies late surge came up short. After falling behind eleven to one the Rockies erupted for six runs in the ninth, but it was the Brewers who outhit and outplayed the rockies throughout. Jesse Irwin was four for four and Scott Eberhart was three for four, but the Rockies left sixteen men stranded onbase, due in most part to outstanding pitching and defense by the Brewers.
To fill in the Brewer details from above; Matt Frazier threw the complete game victory for the Brewers to earn his fourth win of the season. Malcolm Heinicke knocked in 3 for the Brewers. Woody also contributed w/ 3 hits. Joel Russell had 2 hits & 125 lb. Matty Jones hit his second HR of the season.
