The Brewers had an 8-1 lead after 3 and just kept tacking runs on as the A's were unable to do anything against the Ferret who held the A's to 4 hits and 1 earned run over 7 innings. The "Dirty Ferret" shutout the A's for the last 2 innings. The Brewer offense was highlighted by Nick Wilson who had 3 hits, 5 on the day and 2 RBI. The Palestinians Fred & Mannie Nazzal had 4 hits in 7 AB's, scored 4 and knocked in 3. Malcolm Heinicke swung these wood bats like he'd done it before by collecting 2 hits, 5 on the day. Steve Jones, who saved us by bringing us GOOD wood bats, was 2 for 5, scoring twice.
